Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. You're talking about dW Answers, right? I'm not sure what "after the first page" means. What did you click? I haven't seen the "page refreshing" problem before.
Re drowning, yes, there is a lot of info, but using tags does filter.
First, make sure you're signed in. In the "Search dW Answers" field, type something like "notes" and select "notes Tag" from the list of suggestions. Then start following the tag, by hovering over the tag label under one of the questions, and clicking "+Follow". You can then go to questions about Notes by choosing "Tags / Questions with tags I follow" in the upper right.
